Bookings & Stays
You can book directly through our website by visiting the Book Now page, or contact us via email at Prime96properties@outlook.com or WhatsApp at +44 7388 190788. We will confirm availability and guide you through the booking process.
All our serviced apartments come fully furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcome pack. Utilities and weekly cleaning are included in the rate.
Minimum stay requirements vary by property, but most of our serviced apartments accept bookings from 2 nights upwards. Corporate lets typically have a minimum of one week. Please enquire for specific property details.
Yes, subject to availability. Simply contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate an extension. Extended stays often benefit from reduced nightly rates.
Yes, a refundable security deposit is typically required at the time of booking. The amount varies by property and will be communicated before confirmation. It is returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Properties & Locations
We currently manage properties across London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Leeds, with plans to expand to additional UK cities. All properties are in prime locations with excellent transport links.
We provide detailed photos and descriptions for all properties. Virtual tours can be arranged on request. In-person viewings may be possible depending on the property and availability.
Pet policies vary by property. Please enquire in advance if you wish to bring a pet, and we will let you know which properties can accommodate your needs.
Parking availability depends on the specific property and location. Many of our properties have on-street parking or nearby car parks. Details are provided in each property listing.
For Landlords & Investors
We offer full property management including tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance management, and regular reporting. We also offer serviced accommodation management to maximise yields through short and mid-term lets.
Our management fees are competitive and transparent, with no hidden costs. Fees vary depending on the service level and property type. Please contact us for a personalised quote.
Yes, we manage the full HMO licensing process including applications, compliance checks, fire safety assessments, and ongoing regulatory requirements.
While our core service is property management, we are happy to advise on property investment opportunities and connect you with trusted partners in our network.
Payments & Cancellations
We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. Payment details and terms are provided at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations made 14+ days before check-in receive a full refund. 7-13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Specific terms may vary by property and will be confirmed at booking.
Yes, we provide full VAT invoices for all corporate bookings. We can also arrange direct company billing for regular corporate clients.
